Human ARL5B ELISA Kit (HUFI04638)

ARL5B is a 179-amino-acid small GTPase (approximately 20 kDa) belonging to the ADP-ribosylation factor-like family. It localizes predominantly to the trans-Golgi network, where it coordinates retrograde vesicle trafficking from endosomes back to the Golgi apparatus, and has been investigated in studies of cancer cell invasion, neuronal development, and intracellular pathogen replication. This ELISA from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of endogenous ARL5B protein in human samples, with capture antibody pre-bound to a microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody supplied separately. Recommended sample volume is 100 µL per well; each kit provides sufficient reagents for a full microplate of assays, with components individually sealed in vials. The capture antibody is specific for human ARL5B and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the paralogous ARL5A isoform.
