Human ARHGAP21/Rho GTPase-activating protein 21 ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human ARHGAP21 (Rho GTPase-activating protein 21), a regulator of Rho GTPases implicated in cell migration, cytoskeletal dynamics, and signal transduction. The double-antibody format is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, delivering a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL.

The assay procedure uses a pre-coated plate, with standards and samples incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by a biotin-labelled detection antibody for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes at 37°C, and TMB substrate colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes. After adding stop solution, absorbance is measured at 450 nm. Sample preparation guidance includes centrifugation of clotted blood at 1000 × g for 20 minutes for serum, and anticoagulant tube centrifugation at 1000 × g for 15 minutes at 2–8°C for plasma.

Performance has been validated through linearity and recovery testing in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma, supporting accurate and reproducible quantification of ARHGAP21 for research into cancer, cardiovascular, and neurological disease mechanisms. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
