Human ArgRS/RARS ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the precise measurement of ARGRS (Argininosuccinate synthetase) and RARS (Arginyl-tRNA synthetase) in human samples. The kit uses a colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA format and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. Recovery in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n = 5 each) was 87–104%, 89–100%, and 87–102% respectively, averaging 95% across matrices. Linearity at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions gave 85–100%, 87–104%, and 90–101% for serum; 86–99%, 84–100%, and 82–98% for EDTA plasma; and 82–92%, 82–96%, and 80–95% for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

ARGRS and RARS are key enzymes involved in arginine metabolism and protein synthesis, and their dysregulation has been implicated in metabolic disorders, cancer, and neurological conditions.
