The Assay Genie ARFIP2 immunoassay provides researchers with a quantitative tool to measure ADP-ribosylation factor-interacting protein 2 levels in human specimens. ARFIP2 is a 341-residue scaffold that binds activated ARF1 and ARF6 GTPases and recruits the Arp2/3 complex and WASH machinery to remodel membranes and actin at the trans-Golgi network and endosomes, making it relevant to studies of vesicle trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cargo sorting.

This kit is intended for research use only and includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized protein standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, substrate solution, and stop reagent. The protocol calls for a 50 uL sample volume per well and runs in approximately 3.5 hours, with absorbance read on a standard microplate reader. Reconstituted reagents should be aliquoted and stored at 4 °C for short-term use or frozen for longer stability to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
