Human ARC ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit for the quantitative detection of ARC (also known by the synonyms ARG3.1, mArc, and Activity-regulated gene 3.1 protein homolog) in human samples. The assay is designed for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a reported sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Detection is read colorimetrically.

The protocol follows six steps: reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and stop solution addition with absorbance measurement at 450 nm. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery ranges of 88-99% (average 93%) for serum, 95-103% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-101% (average 96%) for heparin plasma have been reported. Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
