This Assay Genie kit supports research use only applications in vitro, with each run using a 100 µL sample aliquot per microwell and absorbance-based quantitation against a calibrated recombinant standard curve. The kit is supplied with a pre-coated microwell strip plate, lyophilized reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate solution, and stop reagent.
