Human AQP5/Aquaporin-5 ELISA Kit

The procedure includes incubation of the plate at 37°C for antigen binding, detection antibody binding, and HRP-streptavidin binding, followed by TMB substrate development in the dark and absorbance reading at 450 nm after adding stop solution. Reported recovery ranges are 88–100% for serum (average 95%), 87–102% for EDTA plasma (average 93%), and 86–103% for heparin plasma (average 95%).
