Human AQP3/Aquaporin-3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich double-antibody ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human AQP3/Aquaporin-3 across a range of sample types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target, and detection uses a biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity (spike-and-recovery across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8) was 85-102%, 85-103%, and 86-105% for serum; 84-94%, 82-99%, and 85-96% for EDTA plasma; and 86-96%, 86-94%, and 84-99% for heparin plasma (each n = 5). Recovery averaged 93% for serum (range 85-103), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 85-103), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 87-105). Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
