Human AQP12A/Aquaporin-12A ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human AQP12A/Aquaporin-12A using a double-antibody format. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL and a detection range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Colorimetric detection is performed at 450 nm following TMB substrate development. Linearity data across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions show ranges of 85-102%, 85-104% and 93-105% for serum (n=5); 85-99%, 84-97% and 88-100% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 82-100%, 86-97% and 80-100% for heparin plasma (n=5). Recovery data show ranges of 87-104% (average 98%) for serum, 92-103% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-98% (average 93%) for heparin plasma.
