Human AQP1/ Aquaporin 1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human Aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in serum, plasma, and other biological fluids. It uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection and is intended for research use only. The kit detects the human target, also known by aliases including AQP-1, AQP-CHIP, CHIP28, CO, and Aquaporin-CHIP.

Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 75 pg/ml and a working range of 125–8000 pg/ml. In spiked-sample testing, recovery averaged 96% in serum (range 89–105%), 100% in EDTA plasma (93–105%), and 96% in UFH plasma (87–105%), and linearity was demonstrated across serial dilutions of each matrix. Intra-assay CV is reported as <8% and inter-assay CV as <10%. The kit is supplied with a dismountable microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, dilution and wash buffers, TMB substrate, and stop solution, and should be stored at 4°C for 6 months.
