Human Apoptotic protease-activating factor 1 (APAF1) ELISA Kit

APAF1 (Apoptotic protease-activating factor 1) is a central regulator of the intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, oligomerizing with cytochrome c released from damaged mitochondria to assemble the apoptosome complex that in turn activates caspase-9. This Assay Genie ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of APAF1 in serum and plasma samples from human donors, supporting research into cancer, neurodegeneration, autoimmune disease, and other conditions where apoptotic signaling is dysregulated.

The kit uses a colorimetric sandwich immunoassay format with reagents sufficient for 96 assays and is validated specifically for human reactivity, with no validated cross-reactivity against other species.
