Human Apoptosis-inducing factor 1, mitochondrial (AIFM1) ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA, developed by Assay Genie, is intended for the quantitative measurement of Apoptosis-inducing factor 1, mitochondrial (AIFM1) in human samples including serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay has specificity for natural and recombinant human AIFM1.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.056ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 4.5% and an inter-assay CV of 8.7%. Recovery is reported at 104% (range 98-110%) for serum and 106% (range 100-112%) for plasma, while linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (N=5) spans 84-113% for serum, 83-127% for EDTA plasma and 97-117% for heparin plasma.
