Human Apolipoprotein M/ApoM ELISA Kit

Designed for research use, the Assay Genie Human Apolipoprotein M/ApoM ELISA Kit is a sandwich (double antibody) immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of APOM in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The workflow uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-conjugated Streptavidin (SABC), with TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.75 ng/mL and a measuring range of 1.25–80 ng/mL. Validated dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 falls within 87–103%, 85–105% and 92–105% for serum, 86–98%, 85–99% and 82–100% for EDTA plasma, and 82–98%, 82–98% and 85–96% for heparin plasma, with average spike-and-recovery of 96% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 91% for heparin plasma. Storage is at 2–8 °C, with a stated shelf life of 12 months, and the kit includes a Bradford Reagent for total protein quantification and sample normalization.
