Performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a detection range of 7.8-500ng/mL and a sensitivity of 3.1ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.1% and inter-assay CV is 7.8%. Linearity is reported across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in serum (83-126%), EDTA plasma (86-116%) and heparin plasma (94-117%). Spike-and-recovery averages 96% in serum (range 90-102%) and 98% in plasma (range 92-104%).
