Human Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1) ELISA Kit

Apolipoprotein C1 (APOC1) is a small (~6.6 kDa) exchangeable apolipoprotein that circulates on triglyceride-rich and high-density lipoproteins, where it modulates lipoprotein lipase activity and cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) function. The Assay Genie APOC1 ELISA Kit provides a microplate-based immunoassay for quantitative measurement of this protein in human research samples, supporting investigations in lipid metabolism, atherosclerosis, type 2 diabetes, and neurodegenerative disorders, where altered APOC1 levels have been explored as candidate biomarkers in clinical cohort studies.
