Human Apolipoprotein C-II/ApoC2 ELISA Kit

A highly sensitive and specific sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of Apolipoprotein C-II (ApoC2) in human serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, and cell or tissue lysates. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated detection antibody, and HRP-conjugated streptavidin, with signal development via TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm.

ApoC2 is a key protein in lipid metabolism that helps regulate triglyceride levels in the blood, and its dysregulation is associated with hypertriglyceridemia and related metabolic and cardiovascular disorders. The kit offers a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/mL and a measuring range of 3.125–200 ng/mL, with validated linearity and recovery across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples. All components should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
