Human ApoC3 (Apolipoprotein C3) CLIA Kit (HUES00334)

Assay Genie's chemiluminescence immunoassay kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Apolipoprotein C3 (ApoC3) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Using a sandwich-CLIA format on a pre-coated microplate, the assay pairs standards or samples with a specific capture antibody, a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP conjugate. Signal is read as relative light units on a chemiluminescence reader and the concentration of ApoC3 is calculated by comparison with a standard curve. The total assay time is 3 h 30 min.

Reported sensitivity is 46.88 pg/mL, with a detection range of 78.13–5000 pg/mL and recovery stated as 80%–120%.
