Human APMAP ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich ELISA kit built on a double antibody method for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human APMAP (Adipocyte Plasma Membrane Associated Protein) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with human samples and is intended for research use only.

Quoted performance specifications include a sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10ng/ml. Recovery ranges for spiked samples were 86-97% in serum (average 90%), 88-104% in EDTA plasma (average 98%), and 85-100% in UFH plasma (average 94%). Linearity of diluted samples spanned 80-104% across these matrices. Intra-assay precision is reported as CV<8% and inter-assay precision as CV<10%.
