Human Apelin (APLN) ELISA Kit

Average recovery is 92% (range 86-98%) in serum and 94% (range 88-100%) in plasma, and linearity has been assessed in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Apelin (UniProt Q9ULZ1) is a secreted peptide of 8,569 Da that acts as an endogenous ligand for the APJ receptor.
