Human Apelin 12 (AP12) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Human Apelin 12 (AP12) ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of the AP12 peptide, a 12-residue C-terminal fragment of preproapelin that signals through the APJ receptor (APLNR). The competitive immunoassay is calibrated against a synthetic AP12 standard, supporting cardiovascular, metabolic, and angiogenesis research where apelinergic signaling is under investigation.

A 50 uL sample volume is required per well, and the protocol accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants.
