Human AP2B1/AP-2 complex subunit beta ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative detection of human AP2B1, the AP-2 complex subunit beta. The kit is designed to measure AP2B1 in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research applications including studies of clathrin-mediated endocytosis and vesicle formation.

The assay is run on a pre-coated plate using a biotin-labeled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) with TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution is added. Reported performance includes a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity data are provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma, and recovery data show serum 85-98% (average 95%), EDTA plasma 87-101% (average 93%) and heparin plasma 88-104% (average 96%).

Kit components include a dismountable ELISA microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody (100X), HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (100X), TMB substrate, sample dilution buffer, antibody dilution buffer, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, 25X wash buffer and plate sealer, with storage at 2-8°C (and -20°C options for the plate and standard) for 12 months.
