Human AP-1 complex subunit mu-1 (AP1M1) ELISA Kit

This competitive ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of human AP-1 complex subunit mu-1 (AP1M1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. AP1M1 is a key component of the AP-1 adaptor complex, essential for intracellular protein trafficking, vesicle formation, and protein sorting in the trans-Golgi network and endosomes. Dysregulation of AP1M1 has been implicated in cancer, infectious diseases, and neurodegenerative disorders, supporting its value as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic biomarker.

The kit reports a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.12 ng/mL. Precision values include an intra-assay CV of 4.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with recovery between 97–109% for serum and 99–111% for plasma. The assay is specific for natural and recombinant human AP1M1 (UniProt Q9BXS5) and is supplied for research use only.
