Human ANXA2/Annexin A2 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of human Annexin A2 (ANXA2) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The assay is a sandwich ELISA with a double antibody format and uses colorimetric detection.

Annexin A2 is a key protein involved in membrane trafficking, cell signaling, and actin cytoskeleton organization, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, inflammation, and cardiovascular disorders. The kit has a reported sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL and a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL, with reagents intended to be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Linearity values of 85-105% are reported for serum across dilution factors of 1:2 to 1:8, with recovery of 92-101% (average 95%) in the same matrix.
