Human Antigen Peptide Transporter 1 (TAP1) ELISA Kit

The TAP1 immunoassay kit from Assay Genie provides quantitative measurement of the Transporter associated with Antigen Processing 1 in human research samples. TAP1 partners with TAP2 to move cytosolic peptide fragments into the endoplasmic reticulum, where they load onto nascent MHC class I molecules for surface presentation to CD8+ T cells. The protein is therefore a focal target in studies of antigen presentation pathways, viral immune evasion strategies, tumor immunogenicity, and bare lymphocyte syndrome type I research.

The 96-assay colorimetric kit is validated for measuring endogenous TAP1 in tissue homogenates and cell lysates prepared from cultured cells.
