The Human anti-SARS-CoV-2 (N) IgM ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is an in vitro research immunoassay built on an indirect, biotin-streptavidin amplification platform. It specifically captures IgM class antibodies directed against the recombinant SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid (N) protein in human serum or plasma, supporting studies of the early humoral immune response where IgM seroconversion typically precedes IgG by several days during acute infection.
