The Human Anti-HCV ELISA Kit is a qualitative immunoassay from Assay Genie for the serological detection of IgG-class antibodies against Hepatitis C Virus in human clinical samples. The kit supports screening workflows in clinical and research settings and produces an absorbance-based readout interpreted as positive or negative against a kit-specific calibrator.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microtiter plate, all required reagents, calibrator, positive and negative controls, and a detailed protocol insert. The recommended protocol uses a sample volume of 50 µl per well, with a total incubation time of approximately 90 minutes at room temperature.

For laboratory handling, unopened components should be stored refrigerated until first use.
