Human Anti-Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor Antibody ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie, configured as a Double Antigen immunoassay, intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Human GM-CSF Autoantibody (GM-CSF Ab) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with human samples.

Stated performance values are a sensitivity of 0.375ng/ml and a measuring range of 0.625-40ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery was 88-102% (average 95%) in serum (n=5), 87-104% (average 96%) in EDTA plasma (n=5), and 85-101% (average 92%) in UFH plasma (n=5). Serial-dilution linearity was 85-102%, 85-99% and 86-98% at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 in serum; 86-94%, 86-94% and 87-97% in EDTA plasma; and 80-100%, 89-98% and 83-94% in UFH plasma. Reported precision is intra-assay CV<8% and inter-assay CV<10%.

The procedure uses a biotin-labeled antigen detection reagent with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate and absorbance read at 450 nm. Kit reagents are stored at 4°C for 6 months, and the product is labelled For Research Use Only.
