Reported sensitivity is < 1.875 ng/ml with an assay range of 3.125–200 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery across matrices was documented at 94–102% (average 99%) for serum, 87–105% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma and 91–104% (average 98%) for heparin plasma, with linearity evaluated by serial dilution of spiked samples.
