The Human Anti-2019 nCoV (S) IgM ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of IgM class antibodies directed against the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein. Built on an indirect biotin-streptavidin immunoassay architecture, the microplate is pre-coated with recombinant spike (S) antigen to capture anti-S IgM from the specimen. A biotinylated secondary antibody paired with streptavidin-conjugated HRP and TMB substrate produces color development proportional to circulating IgM titers.

For research use only, this kit is widely deployed in seroprevalence surveys, vaccine immunogenicity studies, and time-course analyses of recent or acute infection. The protocol requires a 10 µl sample volume and delivers results in roughly 90 minutes.
