Human Anti-2019 nCoV  IgA ELISA Kit (HUFI03427)

The IgA-isotype serological assay from Assay Genie supports profiling of mucosal and systemic antibody responses to SARS-CoV-2 in human specimens. As an indirect biotin ELISA, the kit uses streptavidin-HRP signal amplification, which is useful for early seroconversion studies where IgA frequently appears before IgG. Reconstituted reagents should be kept refrigerated and the well plate sealed with desiccant to preserve coated antigen activity; avoid freeze-thaw cycles of the microplate to protect the immobilized capture reagent. The 96 Assays configuration supports moderate-throughput cohort screening.
