Human Anterior Gradient Protein 2 (AGR2) ELISA Kit

AGR2 (Anterior Gradient Protein 2) is a 19.7 kDa member of the protein disulfide isomerase family that is normally expressed in mucus-secreting epithelia of the gastrointestinal and respiratory tracts. Dysregulated AGR2 expression has been reported in estrogen receptor-positive breast tumors, prostatic adenocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, Barrett's esophagus, and lung adenocarcinoma, where it has been linked to mucin misfolding, ER stress adaptation, and metastatic dissemination. The Assay Genie kit provides a quantitative tool for measuring human AGR2 across cell culture supernatants, tissue homogenates, and cell lysates for research use only.
