Human ANP32A ELISA Kit (HUFI04633)

ANP32A, also termed pp32 or I1PP2A, is an acidic nuclear phosphoprotein that functions as a tumor suppressor and an endogenous inhibitor of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A). This Assay Genie kit is configured for quantitative measurement of human ANP32A using an absorbance-based readout, supporting studies in oncology where reduced ANP32A expression has been reported in multiple tumor types, in virology where the protein acts as a host cofactor for influenza A virus RNA polymerase assembly, and in chromatin biology where ANP32A contributes to histone chaperone activity.
