Human ANP/Atrial natriuretic peptide-converting enzyme ELISA Kit

Specifically designed for the quantitative detection of ANP (Atrial Natriuretic Peptide) converting enzyme levels in human samples, this sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie supports research into cardiovascular health and disease. The double-antibody format is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with a measuring range of 7.813–500 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL.

Linearity has been demonstrated in serum (89–98% at 1:2, 89–99% at 1:4, 85–91% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (89–99%, 86–97%, 86–99%), and heparin plasma (83–93%, 92–96%, 86–103%). Spike-and-recovery performance is reported for serum (92–104%, average 96%), EDTA plasma (86–104%, average 93%), and heparin plasma (91–104%, average 93%). The kit is stored at 2-8°C and remains stable for 12 months under those conditions.

The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody followed by HRP-streptavidin binding and TMB substrate development, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Kit components include a dismountable pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody (100X), HRP-streptavidin conjugate (100X), TMB substrate, sample, antibody and SABC dilution buffers, wash buffer (25X), stop solution, plate sealer and a technical manual.
