Human Annexin A9 (ANXA9) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie quantitative immunoassay measures human Annexin A9 (ANXA9) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and related laboratory samples. Annexin A9 belongs to the calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding annexin family and has been linked to keratinocyte differentiation, vesicle trafficking, and altered expression in gastric and hepatocellular carcinomas, where it has attracted interest as a candidate biomarker for tumor-progression studies.

The kit provides reagents sufficient for 96 individual assays, including a pre-coated microplate, recombinant ANXA9 standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, substrate solution, wash buffer, and stop solution.
