Human Annexin A4 (ANXA4) ELISA Kit

The assay uses a Sandwich ELISA detection method with reactivity specific to human samples. It has a detection range of 78-5000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 41 pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 5.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Recovery averages 94% in serum (range 88-100) and 96% in plasma (range 90-102).
