Human Annexin A3 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA designed by Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of human Annexin A3 in serum and plasma. The assay uses a double-antibody (capture/detection) configuration and reports a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL across a measuring range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reconstituted reagents are stored at 2–8°C and are stated to remain stable for 12 months under those conditions.

Acceptable sample matrices listed by the manufacturer include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported recovery ranges across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma lie between 86–105% (averages 93–94%), and spiked-dilution linearity is reported between 80–104% across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions for the same matrices. The workflow uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm after stop solution is added.

Annexin A3 (UniProt P12429) is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein implicated in apoptosis, inflammation and cell migration, and its dysregulation has been linked in source materials to cancer, autoimmune disorders and cardiovascular conditions.
