Human Annexin A3 (ANXA3) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Annexin A3 (ANXA3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit uses a colorimetric ELISA detection method and recognises both natural and recombinant human Annexin A3, supporting cardiovascular research applications. Annexin A3 is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that acts as an inhibitor of phospholipase A2, possesses anti-coagulant properties, and cleaves the cyclic bond of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate.

The assay has a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.078ng/mL. Reproducibility is reported with an Intra CV of 5.7% and an Inter CV of 8.0%. Dilutional linearity data for serum (N=5), EDTA plasma (N=5) and heparin plasma (N=5) at dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 is included, alongside recovery data for serum (average 100%, range 94-106%) and plasma (average 102%, range 96-108%).
