Human Ankyrin Repeat Domain Protein 1 (ANKRD1) ELISA Kit

ANKRD1, also known as Cardiac Ankyrin Repeat Protein (CARP), is a stress-responsive transcription factor expressed in cardiomyocytes and a recognized biomarker in studies of myocardial hypertrophy, ischemic injury, and heart failure. The Assay Genie kit uses a quantitative immunoassay format on a microplate to quantify ANKRD1 in tissue homogenates, with reagents supplied for 96 assay determinations, and the assay has been validated for the detection of human ANKRD1 in cardiac tissue lysates. A standard curve is generated on each plate to interpolate unknown sample concentrations. The kit is intended for research use only. Components should be kept refrigerated between uses, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard should be avoided to preserve binding activity.
