Human ANK1 (Ankyrin-1) ELISA Kit (HUFI05445)

Assay Genie offers this quantitative immunoassay configured for measurement of human Ankyrin-1 (ANK1), a key erythroid membrane-skeletal protein that anchors integral membrane proteins such as band 3 to the spectrin–actin cytoskeleton. By enabling direct quantification of Ankyrin-1 levels in research samples, the kit supports studies of red cell membrane integrity, cytoskeletal organization, and the molecular basis of hereditary spherocytosis and related hematologic disorders where ANK1 function is compromised.
