Human Anion/Sugar Transporter (AST) ELISA Kit

Anion/sugar transporters are integral membrane proteins that move inorganic anions and sugar derivatives across cell membranes, and altered expression has been linked to several physiological and disease models studied in vitro.

Configured for 96 assays in a microplate layout, the kit is validated for tissue homogenates and cell lysates prepared from human samples. The colorimetric signal is produced through an enzyme-substrate conversion read on a standard plate reader.
