Human Angiotensin III ELISA Kit

Spike-and-recovery performance showed ranges of 85-105% (average 92%) in serum, 85-104% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma, and 93-104% (average 97%) in heparin plasma. The kit should be stored sealed at 2-8°C and must not be cryopreserved.

The workflow involves adding 50 µL of standard or sample together with 50 µL of biotin-labeled antibody per well, incubating at 37°C for 45 minutes, washing, developing with TMB substrate in the dark at 37°C for 10-20 minutes, and reading absorbance at 450 nm after a stop step that turns the solution from blue to yellow.
