Human Angiotensin III (AngIII) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Human Angiotensin III (AngIII) ELISA Kit employs a competitive inhibition immunoassay principle to quantify AngIII peptide in human serum, EDTA-plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants. The standard curve spans a detection range of 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a sensitivity below 5 pg/mL, requiring only 50 µL of sample per well. The microplate is pre-coated with anti-AngIII capture antibodies; biotinylated antigen competes with endogenous peptide in standards and unknown samples, and the bound fraction is detected via streptavidin-HRP conjugate chemistry. Reconstituted reagents, gradient standards, assay buffers, wash concentrate, and substrate are supplied as a complete kit sufficient for the full plate. Unopened components should be refrigerated; reconstituted standards should be aliquoted and frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
