Human Angiotensin I ELISA Kit

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.65 pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 5.6%. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Mean recovery is 87% for serum (range 81–93%) and 89% for plasma (range 83–95%).
