Quantifying endogenous angiogenesis inhibitors in circulation and conditioned media is a routine task in tumor biology research, and this Assay Genie PharmaGenie ELISA kit targets human angiostatin, an internal plasminogen fragment encompassing the first four kringle domains that restricts endothelial cell proliferation and migration. Labs working in metastasis, vascular biology, or anti-angiogenic therapy development rely on these measurements to track angiostatin alongside disease progression or treatment response in patient plasma, serum, and cell culture supernatant samples.

The 96 assays kit is configured for in vitro research use and accepts human cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum as input material. Researchers running endothelial or tumor cell culture experiments will use it to quantify angiostatin secreted into conditioned media, while oncology and vascular biology groups monitor endogenous angiostatin in plasma samples, as well as serum fractions prepared from study cohorts and relevant disease models.

Each kit ships with matched antibody pairs, a calibrated standard curve set, and the buffers and substrate required to run a complete ELISA plate at room temperature. Results are read against the supplied standard curve on the same plate, and documentation from Assay Genie covers plate layout, dilution guidance, and expected performance in normal human donor plasma. For laboratories correlating angiostatin with VEGF, endostatin, or other members of an angiogenesis biomarker panel, the kit supplies the reproducibility needed for longitudinal and multi-cohort studies.
