Human Angiopoietin-related protein 4 (ANGPTL4) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of human Angiopoietin-related protein 4 (ANGPTL4) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit is reactive with human samples and detects both natural and recombinant human Angiopoietin-related protein 4.

Reported performance specifications include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.044ng/mL. Precision is 5.6% intra-assay CV and 7.7% inter-assay CV. Linearity has been evaluated in serum (103-113%, 84-94%, 105-114%, 107-107% at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions, N=5), EDTA plasma (99-108%, 101-113%, 100-110%, 107-117%) and heparin plasma (109-118%, 106-116%, 105-115%, 95-105%). Recovery is 95% in serum (range 89-101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91-103%).
