Human Angiopoietin-related protein 2 (ANGPTL2) ELISA Kit

Key performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.78–50 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.39 ng/mL, with intra-assay CV of 4.4% and inter-assay CV of 8.4%. Linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions: serum 83–118%, EDTA plasma 82–118%, and heparin plasma 88–113%. Average recovery is 85% (range 80–91%) in serum and 87% (range 81–93%) in plasma.

The kit recognises natural and recombinant human ANGPTL2 and is compatible with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants, and other biological fluids.
