The ANGPTL2 (Angiopoietin-like Protein 2) quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie delivers an absorbance-based microplate readout configured for human specimens. Researchers investigating chronic inflammation, obesity-linked insulin resistance, atherosclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or tumor-associated angiogenesis depend on this format to quantify circulating ANGPTL2, a secreted glycoprotein implicated in vascular remodeling and metastatic progression.
Each package supplies a pre-coated assay plate providing 96 determinations, lyophilized recombinant reference standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, concentrated wash buffer, plate sealers, and a printed protocol booklet. The procedure accommodates user-prepared plasma samples, serum aliquots, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatant fractions, with a standard curve used to interpolate unknown concentrations against the supplied reference material.
Performance data, recommended dilution factors, and lot-specific validation results are itemized in the enclosed Certificate of Analysis. This product is intended for research use only and is not validated for clinical diagnostic applications.
