Human Angiopoietin-4 (ANGPT4) ELISA Kit

The ANGPT4 analyte is described as a secreted homodimer that interacts with TEK/TIE2 and is reported to bind TEK/TIE2, modulate ANGPT1 signalling, induce tyrosine phosphorylation of TEK/TIE2, and promote endothelial cell survival, migration and angiogenesis.
