Human Angiopoietin-2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA Kit from Assay Genie designed for the detection of Angiopoietin-2 in human samples, using a colorimetric detection method. The assay is intended for use with cell culture supernatants and serum, and recognises both natural and recombinant Angiopoietin-2 (also known by the aliases ANGPT-2 and ANG-2).

The kit provides an assay range of 4000-125 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 25 pg/ml. The required sample size is 50 µl, and the total incubation time is 3h45. No cross-reactivity is reported with VEGF-A, GM-CSF, IL-34, IL-29 IFNg, IL-2, IL-10, CD138, MICB, or MCP-1.

Reagents have been validated under ISO 9001:2000 quality systems and standards are calibrated to NIBSC. Kit contents include pre-coated strip plates, biotinylated secondary antibody, standards, controls (where applicable), buffers, streptavidin-HRP, TMB, stop reagents, and a detailed procedure.
