Human ANGII PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS0005)

The Human ANGII PharmaGenie ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a competitive immunoassay for the quantitative measurement of Angiotensin II (ANGII), an octapeptide hormone central to the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) and cardiovascular physiology research. The microplate is pre-coated with ANGII-specific capture antibody, and the protocol uses a 50 µL sample volume per well with HRP-conjugated reagents read on a standard microplate reader. Reagents should be kept refrigerated; aliquoting the standard and conjugate working solutions is recommended to limit repeated freeze-thaw cycles. The assay is for research use only and is widely applied in studies of hypertension, nephrology, and vascular remodelling, where ANGII levels serve as biomarkers of RAAS activation.
